How do automated and on-demand updates work?

Automatic Daily Updates: Our system automatically fetches and updates prices for ALL products on ALL plans once every 24 hours. You don't need to do anything.

On-Demand Updates: These are manual refresh credits included in your plan (e.g., Starter has 1, Basic has 2, Pro has 5, Ultra has 10 per day). You can use these buttons in your dashboard to instantly update your feed if you change prices mid-day or launch a flash sale.

Note: On-Demand updates only work for feeds added via URL Links or Google Sheets. If you manually upload a static file, the system cannot "fetch" updates.

How does Customer Support work for each plan?

We offer tiered support to best match your needs:
- Micro, Starter & Basic: You receive Standard Email Support. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
- Pro: You get Priority Email Support. Your tickets are flagged to jump to the front of the queue for faster resolution.
- Ultra: Includes Dedicated Account Support. You will have a direct point of contact for personalized onboarding, strategy, and technical assistance.

How do Feed and Product limits work?

We support flexible data import to match your business needs.
- Micro: For testers. 1 Feed URL, max 5 products.
- Starter: Perfect for single-category stores. You can upload 1 Feed URL containing up to 5,000 products max.
- Basic: Designed for growing inventories. You can connect up to 3 separate Feed URLs (e.g., separating Ammo vs. Firearms). There is no limit on the number of products inside these feeds.
- Pro & Ultra: For large-scale retailers needing granular control. Connect 10 or even 100 separate feeds from different suppliers or warehouses. Total product count is Unlimited.

How do I make sales from your site?

We don't sell products or process payments. We are a price comparison platform that promotes your store. We show your prices to thousands of users, and when they want to buy, we send that qualified, high-intent traffic directly to your product page. You make the sale, handle the payment, and keep 100% of the revenue. We just send you the customers.

Do you take a commission on sales?

No. Absolutely not. We are not a consignment shop or a traditional marketplace. Your monthly subscription is the only fee you pay. We never take a percentage or commission on your sales. All traffic we send to your store is yours, 100%.

How do I upload my products?
